Headcount : 700 staff
Learning & Organsiation Development : 70%
- work with Snr Business Leaders
- understand current competencies and conduct training need assessments
- design, develop and run new development programs (traditional or e-learning)
- training vendor sourcing and evaluation
- optimize training delivery through use of modern delivery mechanisms
- manage training budget
- measure ROI of training
- training developement structured around competency values within org such as  team work, leadership, iniatives, influencing, motivational, entrepreunial and creative problem solving
HRIS maintenance : 30%
- Peoplesoft
- reports, analysis and updates
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
·        Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or any related discipline
·        Min 5 years HR experience with in a hi-tech and or MNC environment
·        Strong communication skills, verbal & written. 
·        Strong customer focus in order to promote HR as a key function at our client's org
·        Effective organizational and coordinating skills
·        Analytical/PC skills & experience using PeopleSoft preferred
·        Expert in MS Excel and MS Word
·        A hands-on team player, able to work in a complex organizational structure
·        Ability and willingness to travel (as and when required) and also possess skills to influence others without always having face to face interaction
·        Ability to work cross cultures
