Senior HR Executive for Asia

Support the Regional HR Director, Asia on all HR Management processes and work closely with HR Manager, Singapore.

At least 60% in regional recruitment

Duties & Responsibilities

- Understand the business needs of the region through Head of HR's direction

- Provide HR support in employment contracts, structure of compensation and benefits deals for Asia offices

- Ensure that network processes and global HR initiatives and requests are met

- Work closely with regional finance team on hiring process, budgets and approvals

- Provide support to local offices on global processes and initiatives

- Maintain existing database of senior management team in Asia

- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

- Diploma in Human Resource or business administration

- Minimum 4 years of generalist experience with strong background in regional recruitment and processes.

- Experience and exposure to regional HR scope of work preferred

- Strong organizational and analytical skills.

- Independent, resourceful with positive attitude

- Excellent communication skills at all levels

- Salary up to $4.4k
