Our client is a managed services IT org
- General administrative support to the service lines
- Manage and administer the on-boarding of new hire & subcontractor, as well as leavers
- Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and office assets
- Handle and collate all mails, courier consignment and distribution
- Maintain and update corporate documents, eg telephone listing and organization charts
- Perform the role of Fire Safety Warden
Job Requirements
- Diploma holder with 1 to 3 years of practical experience in administration, preferable in an MNC environment. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong administration, planning, coordination and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Customer service oriented
- Possess a positive attitude, is diligent and willing to learn
- Has initiative and is a self starter
