  • Provide regular project status update to key stakeholders and, project owners, project sponsors and management
  • Maintain project financial (file invoices, purchase orders and project reports).
  • Prepare and maintain project related documents such as project proposal, project plan, work breakdown structure, create meeting minutes, budget tracking, budget forecasting, budget reporting, invoices, project governance, change requests/enhancements, deployment plan/cut over activities, issue/risk log, vendors list, training guide, project status report, test scenarios, expected results and test scripts and others.
  • Constantly track project plan/schedule.
  • Schedule meetings and prepare minutes of meetings and keep track of all the action items for all the project meetings and upload them into share point for record purpose.
