Contract period:3 months

As an IT & Procurement tender specialist, you will assist IT and Procurement team in IT & telecom sourcing activities, including implementation/management of the tender process, preparation of documents for issue, analysis of data returned.

Key stakeholders:

• Internal: IT Vendor manager and Procurement manager
• External: Suppliers (tender participants)

Job Description

• Plan and execute tender process
• Prepare documents to issue to potential vendors as part of the IT EOI / RFP process
• Market intelligence and benchmarking
• Collection and organisation of data are gathered according to timeline
• Ensure data quality (sanitation, standardisation)
• Analysis of collected data benchmarked against market
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (eg. IT, Procurement, IT user departments) on implementation and delivery of the project in line with its strategy

Qualifications and Experiences:

• Experience in Vendor Management, Program Management and/or Project Management
• Experience in managing or participating in a EOI or RFP process
