Job Responsibilities:

Handle complete order procurement and fulfilment process from order entry to shipment planning and invoicing.

Liaise with factories in Europe, America and Australia to provide order status

Ensure product delivery to meet customers' requirements.

Maintain strong relationship with channel partners and customers.

Be a team player with different parties within the region to ensure compliance with corporate policies and business goals.

Pre-requisites:

Recognised Diploma or Degree

Prefer with order management or customer service experience in export operation within an ERP/computerised environment.

Familiar with third party service providers, letter of credit and shipping documentation would be an advantage.

Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.

Preferably able to start work immediately or at short notice

Salary: Up to $3.2k
