Role

• He/she will be a key member of the IT Services team responsible for supporting Hyperion Planning and Essbase applications ensuring the business are fully supported.
• He/she will focus on the improvement in delivery of IT services & projects and look to enhance and foster relationships across the industry and within our client's org to drive for continual improvement in our client's business profile.
• He/she is expected to engage with all levels of the organisations, ensuring consistent known risk outcomes and corresponding control effectiveness measures.
• He/she will require strong Financial Planning functional knowledge, Hyperion administration and extensive experience in diving into SAP, Hyperion Planning and Data Warehouse to identify data reconciliation issues.

Job requirements

• 5+years of experience in working with Oracle EPM 11.1.2.4 suite (HFM, Hyperion Planning, FDMEE, Shared Service, Calculation Manager, Hyperion Financial Report)
• Experience in using Smart View & administration of Oracle EPM 11.1.2.4 environment, using BASH/Shell and MAXL scripting
• Experience in managing batch processes within Windows environment using Shell scripting
• Working knowledge of ETL methodologies with expertise in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)
• Working knowledge with SQL, with expertise in analysing stored procedures, views, user defined functions, sub-queries and joins for complex queries.
• Good understanding of Financial concepts and reporting requirements as well as forecasting and budgeting cycles
• Experience in production application support/BAU
• Experience in delivering IT technical solutions, manage services and processes in line with ITIL methodology
• Demonstrated track record of efficient, scaled delivery with varying team sizes.
• Strong technical aptitude (with hands-on Experience preferred).
• Working knowledge in the area of Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and Financial Data Quality Management (FDMEE) would be advantageous.
• Experience in Oracle Hyperion migration into Oracle EPM Cloud would be advantageous.
