Working within and through the sales process in support of sales account teams, achieve and exceed sales order (and revenue) targets across target accounts in SEA & India Cluster, transferring customers’ requirements into a solution based on our TELCO client's existing products and services.

Responsible for

• Owns technical design from concept to subsequent implementation.
• solution design including
  • technical architecturing
  • service level agreement
  • overall solution costing
• delivery planning
• solution presentation

REQUIREMENTS

• A relevant Degree with at least 6 or more years' of experience as technical sales support in network/telecommunications environment. CCIE preferred.
• good knowledge in network systems, communications interfaces protocols, circuits, hardware and diagnostic tools.
• Strong technical knowledge in IP technology
• Good knowledge on IT services.
• Strong communication skills in English
• Strong customer service attitude
• Strong presentation skills
• Results oriented
• Excellent diagnostics skills and good ability to resolve problems quickly
• Willing to travel in Asia Pacific region on short notice
• People management skill
• Good conflict management and negotiation skill
