Our client is a regional System Integration. This will support multiple clients on per call basis on hardware (network and server) support under their maintenance contracts

• Reporting to the Service Manager
• 1st level on-site technical support to customers.
• Duties include basic installation, configuration, administration and troubleshooting duties on network and system hardware.
• Upkeeping of all customers documentations.
• To perform 7x 24 hours standby duties when assigned to.
• Support all IT projects (As required)
• Support all maintenance contract (As required)
• Singapore PR (essential)
• Up to 3K
