Job Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager to lead a team of engineers, providing managed services for more than 300 users
• Provide level 2 problem solving and escalation issues pertaining to System Operations, data recovery, network & storage
• Perform OS Installation, OS Security Patching, physical RAM upgrade and installation of tape drives
• Oversee and ensure effective SLA reporting and service management
• Develop in-depth knowledge on VMWare, EMC and Microsoft Systems to offer the best services to customers

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in IT/Computer Engineering or related fields
• At least 4-6 years relevant experience in leading a team, and provide level 2 problem solving in system and server operations
• Independent and able to work under pressure
