• Part of a 3 mean Regional Solution Support Team
• Team Provides Regional Solution Support to In-country Solution Managers , Presales Consultant and Value added resellers in the APAC region excluding Japan , Korea and Thailand
• Be a SME Consulting Specialist on Solutions focusing on Print Management, document workflow solutions
• Evaluation and Integration Testing with 3rd party software products
• Conduct product technical support training to support staff.
• Perform POC to internal stakeholders and customers

Qualification required

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in supporting Solution products.
• Working knowledge of Windows Server, Windows Operating System, Active Directory Integration, Mac OS, SQL Server Integration, Print Server administration
• Good knowledge of network operation & appliances
• Prior experience in similar role is essential.

Education Level

• Min Diploma in Engineering
• PC and other Skills
• MS Office, good in MS Powerpoint, MCSE preferred
