• Identify and understand the type of data AP HQ in Singapore is requesting from their subsidiaries
• Develop a Regional MIS for company to assist the internal users to analyze collected data
• Define a proper method of collecting the required data from Subsidiaries
• Understand the data definition from Data Bank and use it to generate simple solution for internal users
• Develop user-friendly Interface for internal users to perform their data analysis work
• Share the collected data with internal users to eliminate duplicated data request to subsidiaries
• Provide maintenance to the generated simple solution, Regional MIS solution, the user-friendly interface, etc.
• Work closely with Regional IT team on how to utilize data from Data Bank
• Handle internal user request for system development
• Understand new business requirement such as Managed Print Service and Document Process Outsourcing (DPO) and to communicate it to Regional IT team in technical terms

Mandatory skills & experience

• Must have 7+ years of experience as an IT System Analyst, Consultant or Business Analyst.
• Proven experience in assisting business to translate their requirements  into feasible solutions
• Have delivered successful MIS solutions (Data Warehouse, Executive Decision Systems, OLAP e.g.)
• Ability to work with business users, can cope well under fast business pace and dynamics
• Must have in-depth experience on at least one major RDBMS platform :  DB2, Oracle, or SQL Server
• Able to apply these principles in implementing efficient data acquisition process, storage and administration framework
• Good written and verbal communications skills will be required for user/customer and team interaction
• Independent, self motivated and can work with system teams from multiple locations

Desired to have skill &  experience (not must have)

• In-dept knowledge of Enterprise Metadata, Master Data Management
• Knowledge of Data Warehouse Life Cycle, OLAP and Business Intelligence domain
• Enterprise Data model design, hands-on experience of developing logical and physical data schema
• Have experience of ETL tools, preferably with  Cognos Data Manager, Informatica, or DataStage (Certified is not a must)
• Experience and knowledge of Cognos Framework Manager or other agile platforms applicable to business needs
• Extensive experience with storing metadata/data dictionaries within formal modeling tool
