(Preferred for Singapore based candidates)

• To Provide 7 x 24 hours technical and operational (problem and change implementation) support for mission critical systems (mainly on AIX & HPUX platform).
• Candidate should be able to function independently and is competence in providing root cause analysis to problems.
• Candidate is required to perform risk analysis and impact analysis in change mangement and able to recommend alternative solutions when required.
• Candidate be highly competence as it is required to ensure the smooth running of services and integrity of key client’s systems, as per Service Level Agreements.
• The person must be highly energetic as the 24 hours support can be very taxing at times.

Job Requirements

• 2-3 years of UNIX experience particularly with AIX platform.Candidate with knowledge of writing shell scripts will be a strong added advantage.
• Well developed inter-personal skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills. Highly dynamic.
• Must have good and logical approach to problem solving.
• Keen worker and lots of initiatives.
• Must be able to work under tremendous amount of stress and of high energy level.
