To support high net worth customers who uses the banks eTrading and eService platforms.

Challenges of the position include:

  • Technical platform support, risk management of access & entitlements, client training and demonstrations for various client web platforms and desktop applications
    • Ø  Private Wealth Management client web
    • Ø  Electronic Trading proprietary and consortium applications
    • Ø  GS360 portal research and analytics
  • Interact with external clients via incoming and outgoing telephone and email (and sometimes face-to-face)
  • Coordinate seamless client coverage between Tokyo, Singapore, London and New York teams
  • Troubleshoot and escalate problems to technology groups and the business managers as required
  • Train clients on eTrading and eService technology platforms and applications
  • Identify automation opportunities and facilitate inclusion in the Application Development work queue
  • Project manage new business start-up initiatives

Qualifications for consideration:

  • Broad financial industry knowledge and experience required.
  • Knowledge of personal computing, network topology and B2B connectivity is a plus
  • Strong Asian language skills, Mandarin or Japanese
  • Ability to react quickly to clients needs
