(Preferred for Singapore based candidates)

1.       Working hours is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 AM. Must be willing to extend beyond office hours when there is Server or Network downtime.
2.       Supporting all the notebook PCs and Desktop PCs in Singapore head office.
3.       Email administration in Office365 (i.e. email password reset, create new user name). This will taught during  job handover.
4.       Troubleshooting of  LAN issues.
5.       Must be knowledgeable in administration of Windows 2003 Server and Windows HyperV.
6.       Capable of supporting IBM DS Storage. It is not a must, but must be willing to learn.
7.       In case the Onsite Support  is on leave, need to attend  training, or need technical knowledge to troubleshoot an existing issue, another Technical Support
from the IT Outsourcing company can go onsite or can provide remote technical assistance to the onsite IT Support.
8.       Must have the attitude of willingness to learn new IT technologies such as VMWare and Citrix.
