1.  Provide leadership and work guidance to a team of helpdesk and desktop engineers (about 30)
2.  Ensure the compliance to policies, processes and standards, both internal and client’s organization
3.  Provide level 2 and 3 desktop operations support for desktop services
4.  Perform Change Management processes when required
5.  Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly reports, including findings with analysis
6.  Develop plans to resolve problems of great significance and advise management on appropriate course of actions
7.  Conduct regular operations review meetings, including operational issues, tickets review and etc
8.  Develop and participate in projects/activities to support improvement initiatives
9.  Build and develop measurement models on operational performances and metrics
