You will be a member of a global Operations team that provides infrastructure availability by ensuring systems are properly configured and maintained by performing all Service & Infrastructure Operations activities.  Products include VM Ware – Cloud Operations, Microsoft Windows Servers mix of WIN 2003 and 2008.

  • Provide  infrastructure Operations support to customers in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC),
  • co-ordinate the resolution with the appropriate resolver groups
  • Proactively detect problems related to service and infrastructure operations
  • Use the appropriate tools and equipment to perform the installation, intervention, and repairs in accordance
  • Report and escalate to the next level those problems which cannot be fixed
  • Support, and/or lead where appropriate, change management, configurations and implementation of the supported products and systems
  • Support, and/or lead where appropriate, the analysis, definition, documentation and testing of application and system enhancements
  • Provide on-site support to users during the cut-over of services when required


  • Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Data Communications, Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Experience in customer interaction support and services
  • Knowledge and working experience of MS Windows Server management and Troubleshooting
  • Knowledge and working experience of VMware/HyperV – Cloud Operations
  • Good skills in Microsoft , and some on Cloud computing
  • Network troubleshooting skills, TCP/IP knowledge
  • Network management tool usage experience with application like HP Openview, SNMP agents, InfoVista, EMC SMARTS, Netcool, etc.
  • Knowledge and working experience of Backup Solutions


Preferred to have

  • Certification in MCSA/MCSE (private Cloud), MCTS, Cisco
  • ITIL certification (e.g. Foundation, Change, Incident and Problem management)


  • Strong knowledge in EMC-SMARTS, CA CEM at operator level is advantageous
  • Experience with Cluster environment (Advantageous)

Work Hours and Salary

  • Up to 45K
  • Fixed shift allowance of $300 per month
  • Overtime claims
  • 8 hour working days within 7.30am - 8.30pm timezone
  • Two 12 hour weekends work per month
