KEY responsibilities

  • Drive Sales productivity through business process improvements
  • Maximize the value from platform.
  • Drive User adoption throughout the company
  • Function and Technical Support


Job Description

  • Function as subject matter expert (SME).
  • Business Requirements Gatherings and Analysis
  • Salesforce Platform Functional Configuration
  • User Training
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues at functional and technical level
  • Manage escalations to vendor if needed.
  • Reporting and Dashboard Customisation for Functional stakeholders
  • Documentation and maintaninance of CRM operational processes
  • Project Implemention on new enhancements


  • Business Unit Leaders from Sales, Customer Service , Marketing etc
  • Fuctional Users, Vendors

Job Requirements - Minimum Bachelors or Associate degree.

  • Good communication, and presentation skills.
  • At least 1-2  years Administrator
  • Prior programming background is highly advantageous
  • Experience working in a professional services business domain preferred.
  • Ability to managine constantly changing priorities and challenges.
  • Ability to understand business processes and systems.
  • Good time and project management skills.

Budget: Up to 90K pa
