Responsible with Installing, supporting, maintaining and Point of Contact for Customers. Provide 2nd level Platform, Infrastructure, Applications support. Adopting SDLC and ITIL Process for Projects and Operational Related activities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Multiple Domain Administrator across Global Domain Infrastructure
  • Ensure Corporate Standards & Policies are adhered to
  • Ensure Compliance with all standard and procedure to both business policies and governing bodies requirement
  • Ensuring applications are implemented in accordance to Global Infrastructure Standard
  • Handle Service , Incident , Change , Problem Request Assigned to L2 Operation Team

 

Key Requirements

 

  • Strong Active Directory Understanding and Implementation
  • Hierichical multiple domain knowledge
  • Scripting troublehsooting and implementation knowledge for AD implementation automatio
  • Strong ITIL best practices knowledge
  • Good background in supporting mission critical applications
  • Some background in Network troubleshooting

Salary and work hours

  • Permanent Position
  • up to 55K pa
  • Mon - Fri : staggered AM/PM shift (7.30am-2.30pm /1.30-8.30pm)
  • 1 to 2 weekend work a month
