Consultant (Swift Payment Implementation and support)

  • Provide application support to business users’ issues
  • Provide technical support for connectivity and associated operational systems.
  • Monitor and provide change management and support of post-live systems
  • Responsible for configuring/supporting SWIFT application Alliance Access, Alliance Gateway, Alliance Web Platform, SWIFTNet Link and SWIFT HSM
  • Responsible for end-to-end implementation of systems and solutions to support business users and their daily operations;
  • Enhance the SWIFT service delivery, monitoring and reporting capabilities
  • Ensure all documentation is up to date and maintained
  • Perform requirements gathering, analysis, solutions design and review
  • Propose and implement suitable services and solutions to users
  • Perform systems integration testing and liaise with users, IT teams and vendors on User Acceptance testing (UAT) and deployment of solution


  • Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience on SWIFT Payment System and SWIFT Alliance Access
  • Strong knowledge of SWIFT message types, SWIFTNet Solution and SWIFT Alliance Gateway
  • Basic IT Security knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Possesses strong analytical skills
  • Meticulous and organized
