IT Manager (MS CRM)
(Preferred for Singapore based candidates)
The leader should be strategic, analytical, results driven, and innovative in nature. He or she must enjoy a fast paced, results driven environment and have a track record of success in delivering commitments with quality and a focus on customers. The right individual is willing to “do what it takes” to get the work done and the results produced – “not my job” is not in the lexicon of this person.
Reporting
- reports to IT director
- has 2 reports : analyst/developer + CRM developer (contractor)
Project Management Requirement
- Managing cross-functional teams to drive a comprehensive set of strategic to tactical actions to address a strategic system & solution
- Implements step function change that drives clear and easy customer experience
- Able to support existing finance, HR, integration APIs, TRM, Parent portal.
- Improves the way we deliver products, sales support, business office automation by simplifying our processes
- Able to run projects with internal users independently
- Drive adoption and new work through meaningful use of innovative solutions.
- Experience in work planning and tasks tracking
Technical Requirements
- Experience in system integration work.
- Solid experience in .Net and C#,
- MS CRM 2013 & above experience will be a plus.
- Experience in using MS TFS or equivalent tools to track team progress
- Skilled in enterprise technical architecture and implemented well-known design patterns
- Quick learner in languages, pragmatic in solution delivery
Other Requirements
- Relevant qualifications in IT/Computer Science
- 8 or more years of relevant experience
- Strong Analytical skills and well verse with problem resolution methodologies
- Possess can-do attitude, initiative, creativity and able to work under stringent time
