Service Desk Engineer (rotating shifts)

(Preferred for Singapore based candidates)
- Act as the first point-of-contact for incidents received from users
- Answer enquiries from users pertaining usage
- Implement simple break-fix tasks
- Escalate incidents that are determined to be issues for resolution to 2nd level subject matter expert
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in IT or equivalent
- At least 2 years of IT Helpdesk working experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Office 2013 / 2016, Dynamics CRM, Troubleshooting PC and Mobile Devices (iPhones and iPad)
- ITIL Certification will be advantageous
- Able to work on shift (Shift allowances will be additional)
- Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
- Shift Hours : 11am - 8pm or 8pm to 8am
