Identity Access Management (IAM) administrator

Job Requirements:
- Responsible for the administration of User and Privileged Access functions which includes but not limiting to:
- Automate the provisioning and de-provisioning for onboard, offboard, transfer and other adhoc user changes
- Implement self-help solutions and guidelines for Password Reset and unlocking of User IDs
- Manage applications and coordinate systems integration
- Perform user administration on all applications, such as Active Directory, web-based application, think client applications etc.
- Grant access rights/roles to users based on duly authorized requests
- Maintain the function permissions in role and check for segregation of duties (SOD) conflicts
- Identify gaps and propose viable solutions to streamline existing processes
- Develop procedures to maintain access security and protect systems from unauthorized use, acts of nature and user’s adbuse
- Initiate user access review on a regular basis to ensure that no obsolete account or excessive accesses are granted
- Control privileged access request to ensure that activities are monitored and approved
- Involve in Projects which includes managing vendors, testing and implementation support
- Liaise with auditors
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering / Computing / IT related disciplines with at least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in similar capacity
- Experience in User Access Management and HPA Monitoring
- Experience in vendor management
- Proficient with Microsoft Officer suite
- Knowledge of managing OS IDs; Unix and Active Directory IDs administration
- Knowledge of CyberArk will be an added advantage
