The Engineer provides support, implementation, and design services for Microsoft Active Directory and Windows-based systems across the enterprise, including directory and identity management. Resolves and appropriately completes assigned cases and change requests and acts as an escalation for support issues.

This role requires an in-depth knowledge and strong operational structure standards of Active Directory and group policy

Responsibilities:

• Domain Account Management – Provision and De-provision of AD Objects (Users and Computer), AD Related troubleshooting
• Group Membership Management – Managing and maintain Security Groups.
• Group Policy Management – Create/Modify/delete/troubleshooting of Group Policy
• Report generation

Requirements:

(Indicate the qualifications, education, associated training, background knowledge, skills and attributes to perform the job competently)

• Degree in related field and/or 3-5 years of Active Directory administration and/or Group Policy Administration experience
• Professional IT Certifications (Preferred) : ITIL, MCSA, MCSE, MCP
• Ability to work cooperatively with all levels of staff and establishes rapport with users
• Demonstrates capacity for organization, prioritization, and management
• Good interpersonal, verbal/written, project management, and decisions making skills
• Candidate must be willing to work shift as AD Ops operates from 7.30am to 7.30pm
• Able to work with stringent process.
• Able to clear government security clearance.
