  • Act as the first point-of-contact for incidents received from users
  • Answer enquiries from users pertaining usage
  • Implement simple break-fix tasks
  • Escalate incidents that are determined to be issues for resolution to subject matter experts
  • Provide L1 support remotely
  • Assign onsite engineers to users via tickets raised

 

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in IT or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of IT Helpdesk working experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Office 2013 / 2016, Dynamics CRM, Troubleshooting PC and Mobile Devices (iPhones and iPad)
  • ITIL Certification will be advantageous
  • Able to work on shift (Shift allowances will be additional)
  • Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
  • Staggered Hours between 8am – 8pm
  • Prior experience with SAP SuccessFactors or any other HR systems will be advantageous

Salary : $3,000 - $3,500
