Skype for Business

• Experience with Skype for Business, including implementation, administration and troubleshooting
• Experience integrating Skype for Business with other unified communications systems (e.g. chat, media, video, voice)
• Work with stakeholders and infrastructure teams on upgrades, installations, and integrations

Mobile Device Management

• Development and execution of day to day system operations associated with mobile devices and our Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) platform
• Manage and administrate fleet of MDM connected devices
• Serve as systems and support engineer for devices, development APIs, tools, management, and security technologies for the device management environment
• Knowledge of Networking technologies and security platforms is highly desired.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with engineering and managing mobile devices within an Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) solutions such as Airwatch, Microsoft InTune, or MobileIron
