Customer Interaction Agents

 

1.  Perform 1st and 2nd  level support for American based customers on hardware and software  of laptops and PDA's

2.  Troubleshooting of wireless LAN ,Ethernet and other affiliated troubleshooting cases  

3.  handle hotline in a call centre environment  

4.  Provide trouble-shooting on computer hardware/software and network problems.  

5.  Attend to customers' enquiries and complaints  

6.  Perform Supervisory Duties as and when required.  

Salary up to 2.2K x 15 mths

staggered work hours fm 7am -4 or 11am-7pm
