Provide premium VVIP support
Provide PABX support and administration
Provide network patching and support
Manage and support video conference facilities
Manage Singapore desktop assets
In-charge and manage desktop support day to day operations
Configure Remote Dial up Access (VPN)
Install and configurie peripherals like scanners, Handheld, CD Drives, Sound Cards and peripherals
Ensuring SLA are met with quality support services rendered
Handling of internal and external escalations
Vendor management
Provide next tier of support for regional desktop support engineers
Provide inductions programs and trainings to team, new hires and Helpdesk.
Process, service and operations improvements
Conduct new applications testing, documentations and implementation planning
