The Role:
-
You will manage clients Lotus Domino R6 & R8.5 Servers via remote access.

Helping Service Desk Agents troubleshooting usersLotus Notes Client issues.
-
Working on trouble tickets escalated from Tier 1 Service Desk.

Assist Notes Developers in running agents into the servers.
-
Performing routine server maintenance tasks such as maintaining Admin db, synchronizing usersmail file and databases on clustered servers, etc.
-
Troubleshooting R6 & R8.5 Domino Server issues, eg. server crashed or hung, users unable to access the Domino server, etc.

Configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting ScanMail.

Assist Lotus Notes Team Leader on Lotus Domino/Notes Projects.
Requirements:
-
Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.

At least 3 years working experience in large Lotus Notes environment spanning multiple countries with several thousand users.

CLP preferred but not mandatory.
-
Willing to work long hours and on weekends as well as Public Holidays when required.

Preferably with Asia Pacific support experience.

Able to speak clear and fluent English.
-
A proven professional with excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, presentation and time management skills.

Strong team player.
