Systems and Network Engineer (support, VMware, storage, data centre)

 Role: to support all servers/network in a data center

   Scope of work
    1. Provide 1st and 2nd level server support
    2. Provide 1st and 2nd level network and storage support
    3. To provide vendor escalation and contract management
    4. Support hours : 8 x 5 working hours

Network Support:
.  cisco 6509/ cisco 6513 support
. Checkpoint VPN for remote access.
. Monitoring IBM Intrusion Protection System(IPS)
. checkpoint firewall management
 . F5 load balancer configuration
 . Wireless (Wifi) setup  on Cisco Access points (AP) and 2 wireless controller(located in DC)
  
Servers Suport:
. Active Directory servers admin (on Vmware infrastructure)
. Vmware admin on ESX host: 12 physical servers(sun) with 80 virtual servers(windows 2003)

Storage:
. HDS SAN
. Backup on TSM

Salary : Up to 3.5K
