IT support engineer (Rank : Assistant Manager)

To support the infrastructure covering LAN/WAN, hardware / software and IT helpdesk.

Key deliverable is to support IT operations and services to the users.
Key activities :
- Management of the LAN infrastructure which includes all equipment connected to the network, Network Operating Systems and all program products and software tools used to support the infrastructure.
- Performance of daily health check to ensure all components of the infrastructure are functioning correctly prior to start of business.
- Review and analysis of all helpdesks logs on a daily basis.
- Provide operations and technical support in the area of operations, including all third party software and products installed.
- Monitoring the performance of the network, servers and desktops on a regular basis to ensure that they are functioning within recommended standards.  
- Provide technical support to the System Administrator in the area of Security Administration.
Required level and content of education :    
Minium diploma in computer studies, MCSE, CcNA   
Business experience required :   
Minimum 3 - 5 years of real hands-on experience in supporting IT infrastructure in a diverse technology environment
