IT support officer (banking, 1 year contract)

Part of a team of 3 support officers to a user base of about 100 primariliy back office users (HR , finance, business managers and snr management)

1.       Administer and manage Domain Controller, Exchange Server 2003 and application servers.
2.       Manage domain accounts user IDs, password and Exchange mailboxes. This including managing user accounts and access rights in compliance with IT security policy.
3.       Administration of IT inventory and asset management.
4.       Work with regional Team to ensure all global projects deployment meet all requirements and within implementation timeline.
5.       Serve as liaison between staff and HO to resolve issues
6.       Setup entire office PCs with latest version of software.
7.       To assist user to migrate computer and usersprofile from one domain to another.
8.       To assist user to migrate Outlook Exchange profile to another Exchange organisation.
9.       Providing end-users desktop support including Treasury department.
10.   Provide support to staff on all supported applications.
11.   Troubleshoot/investigate computer problems (hardware, software, user access, etc.), and advise on appropriate action.
12.   Perform hardware and software installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure.
13.   Evaluate and/or recommend purchases of computers, network hardware, peripheral equipment, software and etc

Requirements :
  • MCSE or equivalent certificates
  • 3 years in relevant environment


Salary

60K + Variable bonus + full benefits
