Duties
& Responsibilities:
Typical
Responsibility:
1. Provide
technical presales, implementation and delivery expertise support for regional and global contracts
2. Provide
training and second level technical support to the OpCo Technical
Analysts
3. Collect and
analyse requirements and translate into platform configuration for regional and global deals.
4. Define,
implement and maintain regional standards for platform configuration, service
delivery processes and reporting
5. Develop
customised reports and solutions when required to meet clients or operations
needs
6. Deployment of
technology to the region in alignment with regional standards and strategy
7. Document
regional technology standards
8. Participate in
evaluation and acceptance testing of new technology tools
9. Document and
submit Feature Enhancement Requests and Bug fixes
10. Participate
in regional and global teleconferences as required

Criteria:
Essentials
. Bachelors
Degree in IT / Computer Science, or equivalent skills and certification
. 5 years
experience in the IT field
. 5 years
experience with digital printing, finishing and mailing workflow related
technologies and associated applications
. Strong PC and
Microsoft Office Suite skills required (advanced user)
. Strong problem
solving skills required
. Use of
critical thinking required
