* Software and Patch Deployment (example SCCM, SMS)

* Strong Desktop level 2 Operational Support experience - OS, Applications, Printers, Registry,

* Added advantage for having experience on Application Compatibility testing for Pre and Post migration (example Lotus Notes)

* Good knowledge on Windows XP and Windows Vista platform

* Strong Microsoft Office Suite experience - 2003 / 2007

* Strong Internet Explorer experience - IE7 / IE8

* Knowledge on Network, Active Directory, DNS etc

* Independent

* Team player

* Good Communication and Customer skills
