Proactively seek out strategic mutually beneficial working opportunities
Resolving relationship issues.
First point of contact for most users inquiries and concerns.
Help users to understand strategic potential of IT and how to make better use of IT products
Influence and convince on IT solutions' effecitve business values and benefits.
Conduct joint business feasibility studies with respective IT teams and multiple business units pertaining to existing IT solutions
Evaluate potential demand for emerging technologies.
Facilitate with Application Services teams to deliver projects on time and within cost.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Degree Holders.

one to two years experience in a similar role.

Candidates with extensive experiences can also be considered Business Analyst

Keeping abreast of IT existing & emerging technologies

Good Verbal and Written Communication

Project Management experience.
