Regional Training Consultant (network and security)

Training Delivery
o Responsible for conducting entry to advance level Networking and Security courses for Cisco Systems and certification tracks (CCNA ,CCNP,CCDA, CCIP & CCSP) in Singapore and Regionally.
o Conduct various workshops on Security Awareness program for Cisco Systems customers.
o Conduct Cisco Sales Expert with Smart Business Roadmap workshop in the Asia Pacific Region for Cisco's Partners Sales personnel.
o Involvement in various Cisco System Projects to train their System Engineers and provide Partner training in the Asia Pacific Region.
o Assist in customizing courseware materials for customers. 

Facilities and Asset Management
o Responsible for various solutions including Anti-virus protection, System Storage and Image recovery, Network Isolation and segmentation, Wireless access points and bridging, Network Monitoring, Remote Access and Management and User access security.
o Maintain and improve equipment requirements for the lab to reduce cost of purchasing new equipment and protecting the current investments.
o Responsible for recommending the purchase of new equipments to support the current and future business training needs. 
o Maintain the asset tracking database system.

Regional Data Centre Operations and Management
o Support the day to day operations of the data centre in terms of troubleshooting and designing the lab for regional and local operations including migration plans from older operating system to the latest patch to ensure continuance and reliability. 

Consulting
o Provide consulting advised to the Sales Team in customizing training requirement for customers in tender proposal specification.
