Consultant

Perform pre-sales function, i.e. working together with sales team to do requirement gathering, preparation of proposals, performing demonstrations and proof of concepts
Deliver consulting service in IP Communication domain, i.e. performing design and consultancy services (e.g. VoIP readiness assessment)

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor / Post-Graduate Degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent
3 - 7 years of related working experience in technical and customer facing role
Able to perform consulting and have domain knowledge in the IP Communication domain (voice over IP, IP PBX, IP video conferencing)
Experience in Cisco IP Telephony and IP Contact Centre
Hands-on experience of IP / Phone functioning, route Plan, User Configuration on Cisco Call Manager or Avaya Communication Manager
Familiar with Microsoft solutions, IP Technologies, networking and VoIP / IP Communication standards, protocols, trends and products
Understanding of TAPI/JTAPI & integration with applications around Cisco CallManager, Unity and IP IVR will be advantages
Familiarity with at traditional voice players' product offerings (Siemens, Nortel, Avaya, Ericsson, Philips, Alcatel etc.) is a plus
A team player with the ability to set priorities
