  • Perform formal opportunity assessments and offer recommendations (e.g. bid/no bid recommendation).

  • Provide pre-sales support to facilitate the gathering of requirements and initial scope for accurate qualification.

  • Conduct client presentations

  • Prepare service proposal for Business as Usual (BAU), inclusive of work break down, man day sizing, scope of work, and uptime maintenance services.

  • Provide pricing of "standard" services as per BU guidelines.

  • Service bid coordination and consolidation (inclusive of service proposal, services compliance statements and pricing) across BU and solution groups, within specific time frame requirements.

  • Identify commercial risks (especially from a services perspective).

  • Conduct regular reviews with BU owners to highlight market demand, identify sales training requirements, effectiveness of pricing, new product and service offerings, identify commercial risks, and any other service related issues.

  • Offer effective positioning of services to maximize value proposition (e.g. one-time services vs annuity based pricing)

  • Develop sales collateral in conduction with BU owners and SDG

  • Identify vendors/partners in conjunction with BU owners to support new and existing service offerings


  • At least 7-10 years experience (both service delivery and business development) working in an infrastructure and/or networking company.

  • Candidates with regional exposure will be highly regarded.

  • Possess high degree of professionalism, outstanding leadership skills, effective multi-tasking ability, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
