Team Lead, (Server Operations UNIX wintel )

Reporting to IT operations manager, the Server Ops Team Lead will 

1. manage a team of engineers to administer and maintain  Windows and UNIX servers, in the Asia Pacific Region.

2. Scheduling Monthly Maintenance tasks within the scheduled downtime.

3. Ensuring all servers are patched regularly.

4. Manage engineering resources to effectively complete operations and project tasks.

5. level 2 and main contact point for problem escalation and troubleshooting.

6. Review and approve Change management requests for production and staging environment.

7. Responsible for creating and reviewing new procedures or workflow for approval

8. Particpate in annual audit
