Responsibilities: You will be responsible for managing and delivering all Business Solutions related projects to large regional and multinational customers.Your challenge is in managing clients' expectations and ensuring delivery of services to delight customers. You will also be expected to identify and develop new businesses. As such, you must have a strong aptitude for pre-sales engagement. You must be able to position a solution from a business value and technical value depending on the audience.
Requirements:
Project Management skills:
Minimum 2 years experience in Project Management
Must have experience in Project Planning, Budget Preparation, Resource Planning, Identify Risk and planing of contigency
Able to deliver and ensure project completion on schedule and within budget
Experienced in managing cross border teams and partners
Some experience in vendor Management would be an advantage
Applications Skills:
Have knowledge of basic network infrastucture and Microsoft Server technologies
Certified in MS CRM preferred. However, candidates with a good understanding of CRM practices and concepts mainly in the area of SFA Support\ehelpdesk can be considered
Able to analyse information needs, business requirements and specifying technology's to meet customer needs
Must have understanding of the mechanics (aka capabilities and limitations) of .Net technology Applications design based on industry's best practices
Good overall understanding of Microsoft specific solutions and technologies
Other soft-skills
Able to align team members KPI to Corporate direction\vision- -
Must understand the importance and need to balance cost without compromising on quality of delivery and customer satisfaction
