Candidate will be part of a team that provide support for Managed Services for customers (Primary Role) as well as supporting Internal corporate IT (Secondary Role). Candidate will work in a process oriented and yet dynamic environment where continuous improvement is always sought. Beside operations, opportunities will be given to explore new technologies to improve the infrastructure or automation of the processes or tasks. Job Responsibilities:

Implementation and management of systems for Managed Services
Implementation and management of internal corporate IT systems
Provide technical support (pre-sale), if necessary, for Managed Services opportunities during Sales engagement process.
Perform standby duty for operation support.
24 x 7 standby on duty roster

Job Specifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in System Administration
Experience managing platforms such as Windows, Linux, Solaris or HPUX is mandatory.
Managed Services experience is an added advantage.
Knowledge of IT operations such as user administration, storage provisioning, backup, Monitoring etc.
Microsoft Windows 2000, 2003, XP
Redhat Linux or variant of UNIX (Solaris, HPUX).
Cluster knowledge will be an added advantage
Knowledge on storage technology such as SAN, iSCSI, NAS
Scripting programming such as shell, perl is and added advantage.
