A Information Technology consulting firm, specializing in systems infrastructure, cloud and database services. We help our clients plan, design, build, run, and maintain IT systems that produce new value by using IT infrastructure features to the greatest extent possible.

Responsibilities
 Responsible for the configuration, reliability and efficiency of systems.
 Plan and perform regular housekeeping/maintenance activities on the servers
 Follow up and provide analysis on cases raised with Principal system vendor
 Maintain and develop technical documentation and standard operational procedures
 Participate in application and infra projects and provide technical inputs
 Follow up on incident and problem management, with resolution
 Ensure compliance with IT security standards, policies and procedures
 Oversee adherence to security requirements for infrastructure operations
 Tune infrastructure and cloud systems to ensure optimal performance
 Automate daily operational tasks to improve efficiency using tools or scripts
 Respond to daily service requests and issues
 Undertake preventive maintenance and monitoring
 Manage the implementation of agreed infrastructure change requests and maintenance routines
 Organise schedules for planned maintenance and system back up processes
 Work with respective internal IT teams to support BAU activities like Deployments, Patching, DR exercise, VAPT fixes etc.
 Liaise with vendor for support and project delivery

Requirements
 A relevant qualification in Computer Science/Information Systems or its equivalent
 Professional certification will be value added
 Minimum 5 years OS working experience in Microsoft Windows and/or Linux
 Experience with network administration in Cisco and/or Fortigate switches and routers
 Skills and experience for Management and administration of enterprise Security
(network security, end point protection..etc) is a plus
 Experience on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure or Google cloud is a plus
 Displays a natural curiosity for investigating issues and applying an analytical approach
to solutions development and implementation.
 Has effective interpersonal skills to work well with internal and external stakeholders.
 Work effectively in a team environment
