A Information Technology consulting firm, specializing in systems infrastructure, cloud and database services. We help our clients plan, design, build, run, and maintain IT systems that produce new value by using IT infrastructure features to the greatest extent possible.

Responsibilities

• Drives the implementation of strategy for infrastructure operations and maintenance to ensure availability of stable and secure systems and networks
• Plan and perform regular housekeeping/maintenance activities on the servers
• Manages project resource allocation and develops infrastructure implementation, operations and maintenance engineers
• Identifies problems and presents new methodologies/solutions to key stakeholders to enhance and improve the delivery of infrastructure operations and maintenance services.
• Recommend process, product or service improvements, resource optimisation and cost savings
• Partner with stakeholders to define infrastructure operations and maintenance requirements for new technology implementations
• Evaluate trends and new technologies in engineering to enhance infrastructure and orchestration
• Monitor infrastructure availability and performance to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Assist in development of SLAs, metrics and key performance indicators
• Ensure adherence to security requirements
• To address multifaceted issues effectively to ensure systems are stable and secure.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Computer Science/Information Systems or its equivalent
• Professional certification will be value added
• Minimum 10 years OS working experience in Microsoft Windows and/or Linux
• Experience with network administration in Cisco and/or Fortigate switches and routers
• Skills and experience for Management and administration of enterprise Security (network security, end point protection..etc) is a plus
• Experience on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure or Google cloud is a plus
• 3+ years technical consulting experiences with customer/partner facing activities
• Track record of adopting technology to customers’ environment and/or partners solutions
• Has the expertise in the planning, implementation and maintenance of infrastructure
  systems 
• Good knowledge about Process management, Change Management and Incident
  Management
• Good Analysis, trouble shooting skills. Committed to highest levels of professional and
  personal excellence
• Knowledgeable in both technical and business aspects of the organisation’s IT
  infrastructure
• Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills
• Work effectively in a team environment
