- provide IT technical support and consultation service; handle and manage small sized projects successfully
- able to implement and support Windows NT, Windows 2000, Windows 2003
- have knowledge on AD and proxy servers
- able to manage backups using Arcserve and Veritas as well as related backup hardware and software
- able to manage and support any hardware upgrade or replacements
- able to deal with virus outbreaks and have experience with F-Secure, McAfee, SAV - able to do network troubleshooting
- knowledge of scripting a benefit
- experience in writing incident reports
- able to communicate clearly and effectively
- able to quickly isolate and troubleshoot any Windows, backups and application problems.
- Salary up to $2.5k.
