- Provide initial phone support and onsite support to all desktop related problems including network connectivity and printing problems
- Log tickets for any issues handled
- Windows 2003 Server Admin
- Active Directory User Admin
- Lotus Notes User Account Admin
- DNS server admin
- Client Desktop software implementation such as SAP client, Lotus Notes client 6.*
- Deploy software updates to client desktop via SMS
- Windows update and security patching to client desktop
- Vendor Management
- Fresh graduates with some desktop and AD admin exp can be considered
- Little or no overtime expected
- Salary 2.2-2.4K
