  • To lead a team in managing the day to day salesman incentive, commission and sales agent commission for the assigned Business Groups and making sure the payouts are processed in accordance with the commission / incentive schemes, accurate and timely produced.
  • To liaise with Sales, Marketing, IS and / HR to support the rollout of the new commission or incentive schemes/ changes to existing schemes. This entails the understanding and analyzing the scheme requirements, assessing the impact on the current systems & processes and leading the Commission Team in conducting the user acceptance testing (UAT) & implementing the revised operation processes where applicable.
  • To lead the Commission Team in developing, documenting and maintaining the operational processes and ensure that the internal controls are in place and the processes are timely communicated with the parties involved.
  • On an on-going basis review the processes for simplification, standardization and enhancement to ensure that the commission & incentive operations and UAT are carried out in the most cost effective & efficient manner.
  • To be an effective partner to the Business Groups in giving advice on commission / incentive schemes, policies, system & process controls in making sure the commission /incentive schemes are in line with business objectives, corporate governance & controls are in place.
  • To liaise with the sales agents & relevant departments in effectively resolving any commission dispute & query

The successful applicant should possess the following attributes:

  • graduate degree in Business Administration , Accounting or Computer Science ( with Management subjects)
  • must have good understanding of  corporate governance, system, process and internal control requirements
  • has in-depth knowledge & experience in managing projects, user  acceptance testing and implementation of computerized systems
  • Good people management, inter-personal skills and leadership quality
  • meticulous with good analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in rapidly changing environment
  • In a managerial position for at least 5 years and sound knowledge and experience in managing the sales commission / incentive , billing and other Finance Shared Services will be an advantage
