Job Description
- Reports to The Head of Department
- Manage the Operations Team’s day-to-day activity
- Support and oversees a group of 30 operation staff
- Oversee the efficient & on-going improvement workflow
- Ensure the timely delivery of regular reports through the various reporting system
- Make continuous improvement to the SOP
- Ensure the smooth running of daily operation
- Participate in any ad hoc activity related to the Operations
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree and above
- 5 years of digitization working experience
- Manpower management
- KPI management
- Leadership skill
- Problem-solving skills
- Good analytical skills
- Knowledge in digitalization is preferred
- Able to start immediately
