Job Description

 

  • Reports to The Head of Department
  • Manage the Operations Team’s day-to-day activity
  • Support and oversees a group of 30 operation staff
  • Oversee the efficient & on-going improvement workflow
  • Ensure the timely delivery of regular reports through the various reporting system
  • Make continuous improvement to the SOP
  • Ensure the smooth running of daily operation
  • Participate in any ad hoc activity related to the Operations

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree and above
  • 5 years of digitization working experience
  • Manpower management
  • KPI management
  • Leadership skill
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Knowledge in digitalization is preferred
  • Able to start immediately
