Business Analyst (Retail Operations)

  • Budget: Up to 120K pa
  • Travel : 50% (1 to 2 weeks duration on frequent turnaround during early phases of rollout n asia pacific)

 

SCOPE

  • Work with customers throughout entire life cycle deployment from requirements gathering, planning, build, test and training phases for the pilot stores
  • Participate in Product Evaluation Support

Responsibilities

End to End Deployment Lifecycle Management

  • Gather detailed requirements from the customers including customizations, localizations, integrations, etc.
  • Develop other business analysis artifacts such as business rules, test scripts or process flows to clarify requirements
  • Collaborate with offshore development team (external) on these fulfilling these requirements
  • Working with 3rd party vendors/contractors on systems deployment
  • Obtain realtime feedback from store personnel in live markets
  • Manage detailed testing cycles and test scripts
  • Manage customer communications through entire lifecycle

Product Support

  • Work closely with Product Owner and Stakeholders to create documentation/communications required for product development and market planning
  • Serve as a SME on product
  • Communicate features to Users

Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and grow individuals skills sets

Training Support

  • Train customers /FZ teams on system capabilities (train the trainer)
  • Partner with customers  and global teams on training material accuracy

REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelors (Business, Engineering or Computer Science)

EXPERIENCE (and other qualifications):

  • 8+ years of Business Analysis Experience
  • Experience working in an Agile IT environment
  • Experience with Agile project lifecycle management tools such as Rally, JIRA and Confluence
  • Well versed with envisioning and designing user experiences and creating prototypes.
  • Experience with prototyping and design tools such as Axure.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and documentation skills
  • Experienced with common tools such as MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Outlook)

  • Experience working with cross functional team Regionally and Globally
  • Experience working with APAC countries with excellent understanding of diverse country work culture and practices
  • Experience in engage customers from the highest level (Business Owners) to the lowest leve (Retail workers)
  • Willing to rollout sleeves to fix onsite issues
