Role support Team in running a effective Operations and Project Delivery Services to KEY customer

JOB Responsibilities

Service Management Support

  • maintain Service Catalogue
  • tracking/maintaining milestones / KPI
  • Preparation of Management reports / slides
  • Scheduling meetings / preparation of meeting minutes

Project Delivery Support

  • maintain Project pipeline in CRM
  • Preparation of Management reports / slides for sales pipeline
  • Track & report on Project delivery, Project Earn-mandays and Project impact to Revenue Financials
  • Take minutes of key meetings for Strategic Projects

Sales Proposal Support

 

  • Perform a sanctity check on proposal papers
  • Organize and run pre- review for team
  • to coordinate preparation of Proposal with delivery teams and track timeline for submission including delivery of business outcome

 

Data Analysis and Reporting

 

  • Manage and gate-keep documents of document exchange with KEY customer
  • Analysis on raw data [IT related data] and preparation of board / management reports
  • Extraction of data from MS CRM, LANDesk (Service Management tool) into Excel and preparation of reports

 

Requirements

  • Must have min of 10+ Years of hands on experience preferably in the roles of Sales/Pre-sales Operations and/or Account Management
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent skills in MS Office [PowerPoint, Excel, Word]
  • Sound knowledge of deal / proposal life cycle.
  • Good understanding of Contracts, Service Orders, Proposals etc.
  • Ability to schedule meetings and take meeting minutes
  • Ability to understand and follow-up Project deliverables
  • Ability to learn new Technology tools and perform data extraction for management reporting
  • Experienced in customer facing operations role
  • Experience in Account Management, Sales/Pre-sales Operations will have advantage
  • Experience of Service Delivery knowledge will have advantage
  • Experience of working on Microsoft CRM Dynamics will have advantage
  • Experience in Data analysis, Reporting and Macros in MS-Excel will have advantage

 

  1. Perform a sanctity check on ITC papers where TSPL effort is involved

  2. Organize and run pre ITC review for CSMO team

  3. Help to coordinate preparation of Proposal with delivery teams and track timeline for submission including delivery of business outcome
