Business Operations Analyst, Shared Services

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Responsible for sourcing of vendors, obtaining quotations, preparation of serivce orders, invoices and accruals.
  • Provide support to Corporate Finance in asset management, contract management and reporting
  • Prepare financial analysis and report on an ad-hoc basis
  • Suport Line of Businesses (LOBs) in performing monthly Profit & Loss reporting and reviews
  • Assist LOBs with time sheet management and reporting.

 

Job Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accounting / Business Administration / Commerce / Engineering
  • At least 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably a Junior Business Analyst or Procurement
  • Good communication skills, both written and spoken with a flair of reaching out to people of all levels
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Meticulous, and able to work well with numbers and reports
  • Experience working with and supporting Information Technology and / or Information Technology Professional Services / Managed Services organizations will be advantageous
  • 1-year renewable contract
